U13 OPEN NATIONAL

PRACTICE SCHEDULE | TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE | PROGRAM FEES

U13 ’s Team program is designed for athletes that want to learn key fundamental skills required to play competitive volleyball. Players willing to move game on next level and get ready to play for college.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Monday - VSA ASHBURN

  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM  (1 hour volleyball stats and video)
  • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (2 hours volleyball) 


Wednesday - VSA ASHBURN

  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (1 hours Conditioning) 
  • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (2 hours volleyball) 


Friday - VSA STERLING

  • 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Setters skills practice)
  • 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM ( Outside Hitter and Libero skills practice)
  • 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM  ( Opposite and Middle Blockers skills practice)


Saturday - VSA ASHBURN

  • 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM  (2 hours volleyball)
  • 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM  (1 hours Conditioning)

U13’s Program FEE: $5800.00


RETURNING PLAYERS RECEIVE 5% DISCOUNT!!!


Including:

  • 10,5-12 hours practice/week;
  • 15 Tournaments (travel, local & home);
  • Uniforms (3 jerseys; 4 t-shirts; warm-up pants & jacket, backpack, water bottle)


Not including:

  • Transportation to or from tournaments;
  • Hotel expenses;
  • CHRVA & AAU membership
  • Black spandex
